2. What AreumTravel Provides

AreumTravel publishes travel guides, place facts, audio narration, glossary entries, living-data pages, saved-trip links, and prepare checklists. The product is designed to help you plan; it does not replace official sources, local law, venue staff, medical advice, legal advice, or emergency services.

3. Saved Trips And Magic Links

• You can create a private, shareable saved-trip link without a password account.
• Magic links are single-use and should not be shared with people you do not trust.
• Shared fork links are viewable by anyone who receives the link, but they are not intended for search indexing.
• You are responsible for edits, notes, and links you choose to share.

4. Travel Information

We work to verify hours, prices, closure days, entry rules, and checklist guidance, and we show verification dates where the surface supports them. Travel facts change. Always confirm critical details with the official source before you rely on them.

5. Partner Links

Some checklist items may include partner or affiliate links. We disclose those links inline. Partner availability, prices, refunds, reservations, and fulfillment are controlled by the partner, not AreumTravel.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other travelers' saved trips.
• Interfere with service availability, integrity, or security.
• Scrape or republish AreumTravel content at scale without permission.
• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

The AreumTravel service, branding, original writing, audio, page designs, and data compilations are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may link to public pages and share your own saved-trip links, but you may not copy or redistribute the service except as permitted by law or explicit written permission.

8. Service Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in every country, device, browser, or network condition.

9. Disclaimers And Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, AreumTravel and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
